Hi @ajaykumarve
Recently, this issue has been reported by several users where ITSM modules are not available in a Personal Developer Instance (PDI).
Since PDIs are provided without official support, the recommended troubleshooting steps are:
- Refresh the instance and verify whether the modules become available.
- Navigate to Plugins and check whether the required ITSM plugins are installed.
- If the plugin is missing, install it. If it is already installed but not functioning correctly, perform a Repair on the plugin.
- If the issue persists, reset the PDI or release it and request a new instance.
This has become a common issue with PDIs recently, and in most cases, requesting a new PDI is the quickest resolution.
For Change Management, verify that the following plugins are installed:
- Change Management - Core
Plugin ID: com.snc.change_management
** The waiting timne to get a new PDI is 2-3 weeks , so better reset the current PDI, dont relase.

Hi @ajaykumarve
1)
- Navigate to System Definition > Plugins.
- Search for the Change Management - Core plugin (com.snc.change_management).
- If it says installed , open it and select Repair
2) If still not working ,
- Clear the instance cache by typing cache.do in Application Navigator and hit Enter
- Logout from the application
- Login in using incognito/InPrivate window of browser.
