Unable to see below free application purchased from store in my partners demo instance, screenshot attached, please suggest.

For Dynatrace, it's better to contact the application provider. If you're licensed to use it, it should be visible—unless it's restricted to a specific role. Also, please check if it’s compatible with your instance.

Sorry mistakenly click on accepted, but I have not installed the application as they are not visible in partner's demo instance.
