Unable to see below free application purchased from store in my partners demo instance, screenshot attached, please suggest.

For Dynatrace, it's better to contact the application provider. If you're licensed to use it, it should be visible—unless it's restricted to a specific role. Also, please check if it’s compatible with your instance.

I found this:

 

KB0812246 | Unable to install applications from ServiceNow Store

 

Issue

Applications from the Servicenow Store that have been approved, are not showing as available to be installed on your instance.

Release

Any

 

Cause

System Property needs to be set, and might be showing a value of 'undefined' instead of 'false'

 

Resolution

Update value for system property, 'sn_appclient.app.install.offline' to 'false' if it is showing 'undefined'. Please note this requires a 'maint' role

 

If the applications are still not showing up, please open a support case for customer support to further troubleshoot.
