Unable to see below free application purchased from store in my partners demo instance, screenshot attached, please suggest.

Now Assist you can see here:

For Dynatrace, it's better to contact the application provider. If you're licensed to use it, it should be visible—unless it's restricted to a specific role. Also, please check if it’s compatible with your instance.

"When you get the Store app, it appears under the Plugins section. From there, you need to install it. So now, go to 'Plugins', search for the app name, and proceed with the installation."

Applications are not showing under plugins section.
