I am trying to add User criteria to a Category but cannot do it. I set the system properties to true and created a user criteria but not able to apply.
IS there any way to enable this?

Hi @samadam ,
Solution 1: Check Related List Configuration
1️⃣ Go to the parent table's form where the related list appears.
2️⃣ Click the Settings (⚙️ icon) on the top-right corner of the related list.
3️⃣ Ensure "Show 'New' Button" is checked.
4️⃣ Click Save.
Solution 2: Check Related List UI Actions
1️⃣ Navigate to System UI → UI Actions.
2️⃣ Search for the "New" button related to the child table.
3️⃣ Ensure it is Active and has the correct table and conditions.
Solution 3: Check ACLs (Access Control Rules)
1️⃣ Go to System Security → Access Control (ACLs).
2️⃣ Search for the Create rule on the related table.
3️⃣ Ensure your user/role has permission to create records.
Solution 4: Check List Control Settings
1️⃣ Go to System UI → List Control.
2️⃣ Find the related table entry.
3️⃣ Make sure "Omit new button" is unchecked.
Solution 5: Personalize Related List Layout
1️⃣ Open the form where the related list appears.
2️⃣ Right-click the form header → Select Configure → Related Lists.
3️⃣ Ensure the related list is properly added.
4️⃣ Click Save.

seems you don't have the correct role to create new record or update in table "sc_cat_item_user_criteria_no_mtom"
Please check the relevant ACLs on that table
Also check the list control if somebody updated it

Hello @samadam
Are you able to edit other fields in the catalog item?
What is the role you are currently logged in? If it is admin, then you would have access to it
You should atleast have catalog_admin, which would grant user_criteria_admin. (Which is needed for this access)
Please mark the answer as helpful and correct if helped.
Kind Regards,
Ravi Chandra
