Unable to see the Submit button for few catalog items in Native UI, what can be the issue?

Hi,

I am unable to see the submit button in native Ui for few catalog items present in the client servicenow instance, what can be the issue?

 

Use cart layout is set as false for all the catalog items. This is happening only with few catalog items. We are able to see the Submit button in Portal view but in native view it's not coming.

 

Pleas help me to find the root cause of this issue.

On the Item form where you uncheck "No Cart", make sure you don't have "No order" checked.  If "No order" is not on the form, add it to the Form Layout:

Having "No Order" checked will eliminate the "Order Now" button in the back-end native view.
