Unable to share a report created.

I have created reports for weekly/monthly performance reporting. I need to have these reports visible to PCS team who will be completing the extracts. However, when I go to the Sharing option in the report, I only get the option that it is visible to me.

Can it please be corrected so that I can share the reports so that we do not have to recreate the same report multiple times for each user? what permission is needed to have this kind of functionality?

You need to have report_admin role to get those options.

You need to either have the admin role to enjoy all the privileges on that instance. But if you cannot get that then 'report_admin' will be enough to get those options.
