Unable to share a report created.

I have created reports for weekly/monthly performance reporting. I need to have these reports visible to PCS team who will be completing the extracts. However, when I go to the Sharing option in the report, I only get the option that it is visible to me.

Can it please be corrected so that I can share the reports so that we do not have to recreate the same report multiple times for each user? what permission is needed to have this kind of functionality?

With "report_group" role, you can share reports with members of the groups you belong to.


With "report_global" role, you can make reports visible to everybody.


With "report_admin" role, you have full control over all reports in the system.
