unable to view/use global search option specially in DEV

Dev global workspace within the search drop down field is not available. It is available within UAT/ Prod. Everything looks normal like the basic configuration, properties etc.,

Can you please compare below experiences records between the instances

 

All > Now Experience Framework > Experiences.

Please check below link and read carefully and follow the steps I believe below URL will help you

Hello @Dharani Krishna

Did you ever find a solution to this? I have the same issue and have not found an experience related to "Global". The 'All > Now Experience Framework > Experiences' records section appears to only enable additional search experiences, but "Global" is not directly listed.

  • Workaround: The issue is being caused by the 'sys_search_context_config' table having unnecessary Search Application Configurations.
  • Export the XML of the list for the current Search Application Configuration records on the table for backup.
  • Delete few unrequired records and lower down the count to below 15- And you may see the result.

It worked for me.
