Hello,
I cannot understand how many subscriptions I have and why i have some differents in the data.
So as you can see i have this in the module Manage your subscriptions :
However, my contact of servicenow has sent to me a report of users that have license CSM and we pay for are different from thoses above.
And another thing, when I am on my user for example, i don't one of the Groups above.
Also in the Subscriptions I have this :
When I click:
So I don't understand when there is a difference between things I see in my Instance and the report of servicenow that indicates 30 users.
Thanks for your help.

Hello @aymane
The report provided by servicenow is based on access.
So on your instance you shouldn't just check with subscribed groups - you should be very specific that what all roles came with this license. Then in the sys_user_has_role table - you need to add all these roles and see which users specifically have these roles. It maybe they are given roles without any groups and hence notification coming there.

When you say "be very specific that what all roles came with this license.". You are talking about this right ?
176 roles ?
But I don't understand why the reports of servicenow giveme only 30 users. But I can see more.
Thanks

Hello @aymane
Yes, these roles and in these roles, you can check the roles which are only in this and not in others. Like it should not be a common role, in hierarchy it should have highest place. For eg - if you talk about virtual agent, then check number of users having virtual agent admin role in production and servicenow should be charging for that.
