Hi,
Installed the following plugin to see how universal request works.
com.snc.universal_request
However I don't see the Universal request when I go to List under Service Operations workspace.
Is there a config setting that needs to be done to display universal request in the Service Operations workspace?

Hi @gnewuser,
You can customize the list on the SOW by navigating to:
{your instance}/sys_ux_list_menu_config.do?sys_id=48c6565ec3013010965e070e9140dd39
Please refer to the link for details - https://www.servicenow.com/community/next-experience-articles/service-operations-workspace-sow-list-...
Thanks

Follow up to the same question , When I create a Universal Request in SOW, I see "Create Request" button but not the "Create incident" button. How do I enable that option?

Sorry, not sure what you meant. Are you saying that AFTER you create a Universal Request in SOW, you don't see the 'Create Incident button?
