Unwanted Knowledge Article body is visible on the Knowledge document.

Hi All,
While creating a new knowledge article, I could see the below mentioned article body/html body on the knowledge article form. After saving/publishing the article I could see the "business impact" html name on the kb_view page.
Please can someone help me on this.

@Kaleem Can you check if any existing templates are being applied while creating a knowledge article, If not, On the "kb_view" page, view the page source or inspect the HTML code to see if you can locate where the "business impact" term is coming from. This might provide clues about its origin.

There is a UI policy written on this template, if we select knowledge base as category "IT" then - Issue,cause,Environment and resolution HTML fields will be visible on knowledge form and
If we select knowledge base as "Announcement" - "issue article body" & "Business impact" article body will be visible on knowledge form. This Ui Policy is working as expected on the knowledge form but i don't understand the unexpected behaviour on the Knowledge view (Kb_view.do) page.
