Update Agent Workspace color

Hi All,
Good Day!
We are experiencing difficulty changing the background color for the agent workspace to sky blue. Despite attempting to use the brand color, we have not been successful. Can you provide detailed instructions on how to properly change the background color to sky blue in the agent workspace?

Hi @Andrew_TND,thanks for your solution, will you also tell me what is the Name of UX theme regarding to the link, in my environment, it is not showing anything.

Go to table: <instance>.now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_ux_theme_list.do%3Fsysparm_clear_stack%3Dtrue

The look for "Base Agent Workspace theme". and see if that does the job.

Hi, 

 

Check which theme ur workspace is using. Sys_ux_theme is the table.

From the ui builder, click view experience. Then click on open app config.

Could you please try the below URL (please add the instance name) and try amending 'Brand color 1' and 'Brand color 2'
