This is related to GRC Module.
I need to update the status, remarks and few more additional fields for the controls based on the Excel shared via Inbound Email (In the Excel, we will be having the control information with name but not control number). Whereas the Entity details are not going to be mentioned in the Excel but exists in body of the email. Here my concern is both Entity and control names are preconfigured in control table, so I want to create an inbound action in such a way that ServiceNow should fetch the entity name on the control table mentioned in the body of the email and for those entity related controls only the Excel attached should work but not for the others. Can anyone help me on the scripting part to check the entity based on body of email and to fetch those records and to update them alone.
