Update Filter in Add button

Hi all

 

Where do I go to update the filter when I click the "Add" button in a record in the workspace. Currently it does not show inactive records i.e. state = closed.

Why would you add a Closed Record ?

When associating issues to authority documents, currently, only new or open issues show in the list to link. This change is to also show closed issues. As sometimes from a business pov, there’s a need to link closed issues to an authority document.
