I'm trying to update the icon on the chat window next to the messages that agents type for VA. I was able to update the header in conversational interfaces - branding but don't see any options to update the icon in the conversation (see below) Does anyone know how to change the Now icon to some other logo?

Go to live_profile table and the search for name contains agent:-
Then change the photo and save it. It will reflect in the chat.

Navigate to Conversational Interfaces -> Settings -> Chat Settings -> General
Click on Branding View All -> Select branding (default) and click on Bot Profile
Click on Edit record
