Update set back out error? Where do I find the problem?

I backed out my update set and was notified there was a problem (see image below).   But there was no further information provided.   Where do I go to see the problem?

I am having this same issue, when backing out update set get error message indicating problems, and to close dialogue box to view problems, but then problems are not visible. I do not see the related list in either the local update set form or the retrieved update set form ?

Backout problems are stored in the sys_backout_problem table.
