Hello, I made an update to a flow for hardware items and when I select the hardware item and click on the "general" tab, I see my changes (checked fields on the first screen shot-"Life Cycle Stage" field populates to "Operational" and the "Life Cycle Stage Status" field populates to "In Use". However, on the "Activities" tab the "Life Cycle Stage" field populates to "Operational" and the "Life Cycle Stage Status" field populates to "In Use" DO NOT show, the fields I removed "State" and "Substate" still show. Do you know where I should remove the "State" and "Substate" fields?
@DeIvory Gordon Have you removed that two fields from "Filter activity" ?
eg: you need to uncheck it from filter activity ,

Thank you! I removed the state and substate filters and added Life Cycle Stage and Life Cycle Stage Status. Strangely, Life Cycle Stage and Life Cycle Stage Status does not show under activities.
