Updating Create Incident Fields and UI Policy

Hi Everyone,

 

How can I create a UI Policy, to make the Assigned to field mandatory for all States values except "New" or "Canceled" when creating an incident.

 

I am getting an error related to :

Please validate you have set the Assigned to UI Policy condition(s) and Policy Action(s) apppropriately. Hint: Consider using 'is not one of' in your reference qualifier. 
Please validate you have created the Policy Action(s) apppropriately.

@OyugiK You can build the condition like following using not one of operator,

@OyugiK On your incident form right click on the category field and choose >>Configure Dictionary. On the Category record, in the related list you can see choice related list and from this list you can activate/deactivate existing categories or add new categories.

@OyugiK When you right click on the field, you will have option to configure choice list from there you can add/remove choices
