Upgrade Plan Items only showing upgraded Applications missing Plugins

We've upgrade from Utah to Vancouver, remediated the records and updated plugins/storeapp and finally build upgrade plan. But when we review the Plan Items it doesn't have the scoped plugin items.

Hi @Jam2 ,

Yes, that could be the issue. You will need to clear the old queue such that, the plugin can be updated.
