Hi All,
I am writing a Business Rule on a table and from the current object I need to take all the values stored on the table and populate it in a multi line text field , against each specified field. for example : Incident table
In the text field I will have :
Caller:
Category:
Subcategory:
I was thinking to call a script include from my BR to create a JSON by passing the current object to the SI and prepare a JSON and when it is returned map the values from the JSON on the text field. But not sure on how to do it, a sample code will help.
Can someone guide me on this.
