Hi Guys,

Really looking for any ideas/advice/guidance or any templates, documentation or examples anyone could share with me, to help with writing up user stories, for a standard out of the box, ServiceNow ITSM implementation.

I would really appreciate if anyone has some user story examples or a template or some related documentation that could help guide me on this effort, perhaps some of you ServiceNow BA's may know.

Any practical / real-life user story examples or documentation you have used as a guide, would help to give me an idea of how and what to be documenting.

Yes the Link is indeed still valid and still works, I tried it now.

You have to be logged into your own ServiceNow account for it to work.
