User is trying to republish few articles but the button is not visible to them. In the UI action also nothing related to roles is mentioned. As the user is able to republish other retired kb articles.
They have all knowledge admin role, the HR criteria is not applicable for their country, still they are unable to republish.
What can be the cause?
