Hi everyone,
I'm working on ServiceNow Yokohama and have noticed a difference between the Classic Knowledge Article form and the Improved Editor (Knowledge Center).
In the Classic Knowledge Article form, the Can Read and Cannot Read user criteria fields are visible and can be configured at the article level.
However, when I open the same article in the Improved Editor (Knowledge Center) with Now Assist, these fields are not displayed.
Has anyone experienced this?
I'm trying to understand:
- Is this expected behavior in Yokohama?
- Does the Improved Editor support article-level Can Read/Cannot Read user criteria?
- Is there a workspace/UI Builder configuration required to expose these fields?
- Or is this a known limitation of the Improved Editor?
For reference:
- The fields are visible in the Classic UI.
- They are missing only in the Improved Editor for the same Knowledge Article.
- I'm using the Yokohama release.
Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
