Hi All,
I created a service catalog item.
I have a requirement. "This form should only be submitted from associates on the Remote and Branch Payments Support Team."
I have created the user criteria. How do I know that only this group can submit the form and others can't? Kindly help.
Regards

Hi @ServiceNow Use6,
Make sure you have added the created user criteria in Not available for or Available for related lists in catalog item.
No user criteria defined means, no user criteria added to catalog items and will be accessible for all.
Thanks,

Hi,
As you have written user criteria it will be visible only for that particular team if you need to test you can impersonate as the user who is not part of the group and check the catalog item will not be visible.
Thanks

Hi @Dhanalakshmi D ,
When I impersonate with other users, they are still able to see the catalog item. Please check whether the user criteria I am selecting is the proper way.

Hi @ServiceNow Use6,
1) You can navigate to Service catalog ---> User criteria Diagnostics
2) Add your catalog item and select the user and submit/run. You can verify that it is available or not for selected users.
OR - impersonate to users and verify by opening Service catalog and the catalog items.
Thanks,
