User in one domain cannot see records in child/"contains" domain

My Test User in DOMAIN A can only see incidents in DOMAIN A.

DOMAIN A "contains" DOMAIN B.

Test User cannot see incidents in DOMAIN B.

 

What could be wrong? Is it possible there's a required role?

This is expected.

You can override this by Adding Domains to a Visibility Domains List
