User not able to view dashboard report data

I created an report and added into dashboard. I shared to one of the user.
She is not able to view the report data. Please find attached screenshot for reference.
I  added to pa_viwer role to her but she still not able to view the report data.

The individual reports should also be shared with target users/groups besides sharing the dashboard.. no need to assign any roles.

Hi @Kanna12 ,

 

Since you can't share reports according to screenshot that you have provided, I do believe you do not have the proper access rights. Can you please verify which access that you have according to: Administering reports (servicenow.com)
