User not able to view dashboard report data

I created an report and added into dashboard. I shared to one of the user.
She is not able to view the report data. Please find attached screenshot for reference.
I  added to pa_viwer role to her but she still not able to view the report data.

Please advise !!

When sharing Dashboards you need to consider the 3 levels of permissions a user needs to view the content:

• Access to the Dashboard
  
  • Access to the report/widget on the dashboard
    
    • Access to the underlying data of the report/widget

For example, If this report is based on incidents, she may not have the ITIL role or role needed to see incidents
