User Roles not showing up in the Subscription role table will be consuming Subscription?

Few existing user roles like cmdb_ms_admin which are present in the sys_user_role table are not showing up in the license_role table.

I also created couple of roles in the sys_user_role table in my developer instance, they are also not showing up in the license_role table.

Can someone please let me know why they are not showing up in the license_role table? And if any role not showing up in the license_role table will they be consuming a Subscription or being charged?

You need to get in touch with your ServiceNow representative. The entries in the "license_role" table are automatically populated by ServiceNow in an automated way and used by the Subscription module. Nothing you can do about but I know the challenge. Request a review (and even if a HI support ticket is needed) to assure all your "used" roles get populated. The table will not just outline all to SN known roles (Column "Name") but also which are in use (Column "User Role").
