User sysid is printed in worknotes journal

Hi Everyone,

Below is the screenshot of "ask for approval" action of flow designer, i am adding journal in work notes field..
Which is working fine, but at the end its printing sysid of the user who is rejected/approved it in the work notes.
Instead i wish to show user name itself.

@Ankur Bawiskar There is no other logic adding that worknotes, the worknotes are getting printed from "journal field" of "ask for approval"

I am not aware of any such logic.

may be it's OOTB flow logic which is updating and adding sysId

Hi @Sachin G K1 ,

Is it happening with all the users in that group or just for this one approver? (Can you check his/her user profile?)

I don't see any issues with the ask for approval setup.
