User sysid is printed in worknotes journal

Hi Everyone,

Below is the screenshot of "ask for approval" action of flow designer, i am adding journal in work notes field..
Which is working fine, but at the end its printing sysid of the user who is rejected/approved it in the work notes.
Instead i wish to show user name itself.

@Hemanth M1 All the users in that group, latest 2nd comment on work notes is actually printing the name, but not in the latest comment.

Hi @Sachin G K1 ,

 

Just tried in my instance - looks good. couple of things before we dive further:

  1. Can you check other approvals (not this flow) and see how they are behaving?

  2. Is this issue occurring across all your instances?

  3. Can you try this once in another scope (maybe in global)? It seems like it's on the RAM record (Advanced Risk Management).
