User unable to download attachment from Record Producer

Hi Everyone,

i created a record producer, and added a attachment on it, i created an attachment URL in the description of the record producer, so that users can click and download it.
Now as i'm the admin i'm able to download it, but few users are unable to download it, when they click on the attachment URL, it takes them to a new blank page, they are unable to download it.
can you please let me know what could be the issue?

@kartikey Please check if the users have read permissions on the sys_attachment table via ACLs. You can use ACL debugger or Access Analyzer to debug this issue.
