Users not able to see request and Incidents on Self Service Portal

Hello All !

Appreciate any pointers to this issue in advance.

 

We have an Self Service portal, that gives access to any and all users in ServiceNow to submit a ticket and view the status of their ticket. Attached is the pic. 

However from last couple of days, The users are not abel to view the ticket they submitted. The requested items and My open incidents are giving" Access to this content denied based on the report view ACL". I check the report Report_view on incident table. It is active and has role blank.

 

Please help in pointing where else and what else can be checked to make the tickets and requests the user submitted is viewable?
