I am providing a role to a group. But the users present in the group are not inheriting the role. But if i am providing the role explicitly to the user, then user is having the role.
Why is this happening?

Hi everyone.
Thanks everyone for your suggestions, I learnt a lot from each of you about how to approach an issue like this.
Apparently, this was a sync issue, and just by checking and unchecking the inherited field in roles, fixed it.

My issue was that I moved the group and the members with the Update Set, the group had the members but they did not have the role. I removed the members from the group and added them back in, by doing that the role was provisioned.
