usHow do you edit the AGENT mobile app?

We are using the agent mobile app for case and incident management and I don't know where to go to edit it.

 

We don't have Field Service activated and that's what the wiki says to look for under Studio and mobile app builder. Since we aren't using FSM, what do I click into to edit the agent app?

You still wanna use Studio -- but you're editing the ITSM Mobile Agent application (that's the app scope for Incident Management on Mobile Agent).

Try going to <instancename>.service-now.com/now/app-manager/home/app/id/516562e3531233007bc2ddeeff7b1205/v/7.0.0/details (or search for ITSM Mobile Agent) in your platform application manager.
