Hi All,
we are planning to use the IRE API to send CI updates from an external tool to our ServiceNow CMDB.
thisis working fine with the exception of the Company field in the CI as this is expecting a SYSID of Record in the Company Table.
But we cannot store this in the other tool and therefore would tried to use look ups. But we are not successfully.
Did anyone had a similiar challenge and found a solution?
