Using Script Action in Virtual Agent Provide clickable link

I have a requirement That should be done on VA topic, inside topic picker node.

Want to check about what I can do, click More Info

Here More Info is clickable link that should redirect to "https://www.servicenow.com/community/forums/postpage/board-id/developer-forum"

Also, topic should be present

Hello @bgulshan , Good Day!!!

Please find the below steps to achieve your requirement.

1. Got Appl Navigator >> Virtual Agent >> Designer

2. Open Virtual Agent designer >> click "Create"

3. Please see below screenshot for for further process.

4. In the "script response message" you can write your script.

5. After all the changes you can "Save" it and also before pulishing the topic you can test with help of "Test" option.
