VA Topic Not Showing, Showing Topic ID instead

Hi,

 

We have encountered a bug where if the user tries to type the keyword intent in the chat, it shows this set of sysID:

This is happening in PROD, but on DEV and TEST instance, it's working fine. I checked the VA topic and NLU intents used here and it's also the same.

 

Am I missing something here?

Update: This was fixed by retraining and republishing the NLU model again!
