Variable attribute ref_ac_columns works on SP?

I'm trying to add more columns to a reference variable on Service Portal with the variable attribute 

ref_ac_columns

But doesn't seem to work, it shows only the Full Name no matter the columns I add.

This is the variable attributes I'm trying to use right now

ref_ac_columns=email;active,ref_ac_columns_search=true

Any ideas?
