Variables not showing up on RITM Default View

Hello - i submitted a catalog item and when i am looking at it on the backend from requested item on the default view i don't see the variables on the form. 

However, when i see other RITM's for that same exact catalog items, those RITM on default view shows the variables. Can someone assist with this?

Can you check the catalog UI policy?

You can also check to see if the RITM has more than 1 item requested. If there is a lot I don't think it can show them all.

Please check if your variables have the visible on requested item and visible elsewhere checked
