Hi Folks,
When a user submitted the Personal data change form, Variables on the HR case are showing as blank and they are not allowing the advisor to move the case to next state. when advisor is try to move the case to assigned state/ awaiting acceptance state.
Please give me the clarification.

I have found the solution for this question. Actually In Record producer UI policy actions, there is field called "clear variable value" field is setted as "true" for all the variables, that's why when a user submitted the personal data changes form in Portal, the variable values were showing blank.

If variables section not visible in the HR case form, then we need to open the HR case form and follow the below steps:
a. open Form Layout
b. You will see slush bucket with available fields
c. If you can find "Variable Editor " in the right side slush bucket, then you will save and exit. Now the variables section will be shown.
d. Else, Bring Variable editor from the left slush bucket to right slush bucket. Then save. Now you will observe, it will show the Variables section in the HR case form..
Note: Variable editor should be created on "sn_hr_core_case" Table.

Hi @Ankur
I thought issue may be in record producer or workflow, When a user submitting the data in production portal Personal data changes form, Its showing all the fields error and case not moving to next state. I am enclosing the error snip for your ready reference.
Can you suggest me solution for this issue??
