Hi Experts,
I'm experiencing a UI issue in Service Operations Workspace (SOW) when viewing a Requested Item (RITM).
As shown in the screenshot, the Variables section is partially hidden behind the left-side navigation panel, making it difficult to view the variable labels and values. The content appears to start underneath the sidebar instead of aligning correctly within the main workspace area.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is this a known SOW/UI Builder configuration problem? What steps can I take to troubleshoot and fix the alignment? Any guidance or recommended fixes would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,

ahoy @saint,
this looks strange, you might want to try impersonating (if you have that role) for other users and eventually clear cache and/or accessing from different browser.
That should tell you whether it is a single user related or workspace-related.
Also, I recommend to check whether it is for ALL RITMs or just some, e.g. a RITM with extremely long text in that variable etc.
Try to spot some patterns and if it seems to be present for all the RITMs and all the users in more than 3 various browsers then I would create a case from the Support Portal

Aloha @glideFather ,
Thank you for your response. I verified impersonating other users with different roles, and seems like its workspace related. And its for all RITM, any approval record I open, the variable seems to be cut out. I'm going to create a support case to find out more, will keep you posted.

That is a SOW / UI Builder layout clip, not a variable configuration problem.
Open UI Builder, Service Operations Workspace, the sc_req_item Record page variant. Duplicate the variant (do not edit the sealed OOTB one). Widen the main form column so it is not sitting under the left nav, and confirm the Variable Editor / catalog variable component is in that column, not in a fixed-width sidebar.
Also check the RITM form view used by the workspace (Workspace view). If variables are a formatter, move that formatter lower or into its own tab so it is not flush with the chrome.
If some variables are missing entirely, that is separate: Catalog Client Scripts / UI Policies with Applies on Requested Item checked will hide them in SOW too. Uncheck that if they should show on the RITM.
