Hello All,
I Have two different catalog items generating RITMS
- ZPIL
- ZPRO
Both items on the portal are configured with a single row column.
When these items come to the Backend (Fulfiller View),
ZPIL has the a variable editor with one column like the screenshot:
ZPRO looks like this (2 columns):
How could I achieve a default behavior for that, the customer need both of them to be in a 2 column layout.
How can we edit the layout of that?
Please advise,
Thanks,
Vini

Hi @v2442
It doesnt depends on the variable editor. Go to your catalog item 'ZPIL' and change the variable set layout to two cloumn wide.

Hi @v2442 ,
Since both of the RITM are for different catalog item, it depends on how you have configured your variables in the Order mask. The VEditor just displays the variables, how it is configured in the catalog item. So, making the variables in two columns for the respective catalog item help you achieve what you are looking for.
Please mark/helpful, if the solution is in line with your expectation.

Ok thanks for the reply,
The problem is that even the ZPRO which is showing the variables in two columns is also configured in One Column on the service portal ... That's why I thought this was not a solution...
