Vendor Management (Due diligence) Scorecard (RRR, IRR, CER)

Hello everyone,
I’m seeking assistance with implementing scoring logic in ServiceNow.

My objective is to ensure that each engagement will calculate its individual IRR, CER, and RRR using standard scoring methods.

Scores are always associated with the engagement level.

Supplier Rating logic:

The Supplier Rating (RRR) should be updated whenever a new engagement score is created.

It must consistently reflect the highest (worst) RRR from all currently active assessments.

If an engagement undergoes a re-assessment, the previous one should be marked as inactive and should no longer affect the Supplier Rating.

A complete history of changes should be documented.

 

My question is: what is the most effective way to implement this logic in ServiceNow (using business rules, flows, script includes, etc.)?
