Unmapped global custom tables are not displayed

I want to map Unmapped global custom tables to products in the Subscription Management screen.
On the screen, it says that 9 custom tables are not mapped.
However, when I click on the scorecard, no custom tables are displayed.
This issue only occurs on the production instance, not on the development or test instances.
Do I need to do any additional settings on the production instance?

@MiY if you want to be absolutely sure, raise a HI Case at Support Portal and ServiceNow team will tell you what to do or if it is fine..
