Hello smart people,
Two questions about the magical "Verify ServiceNow Certification" page, which may be found here:

And which looks like this:
Question 1) My certifications seem to be split across TWO records / entries. Why would that be, and what can I do about it to get these consolidated?
Question 2) When I click the "Log In" link at the top right of the page, I go into an infinite loop. A log in page is briefly displayed, and then the page seems to reload over and over again. Is this a ME problem, or do others experience this also? And again, what can be done about it? Thank you!

Atul: Please log a case to Now Learning and get is clarified and sorted 🙂
Question 2) When I click the "Log In" link at the top right of the page, I go into an infinite loop. A log in page is briefly displayed, and then the page seems to reload over and over again. Is this a ME problem, or do others experience this also? And again, what can be done about it? Thank you!
Atul: I tried at my end and it is working fine. May be cache issue.

create case from now learning account and wait for response. It takes time but your issue will be resolved.
