View Count not updating in KB article module

Hi Team,

 

when I access the KB article in service now, view count is not updating. I tried to check the scheduled job - Knowledge Usage Metrics, it was in false state, and I made it active. Even after making this change, I don't see the view count is updating. Please guide the next process checks. 

 

If I see in the kb_use table, I could see the last accessed entry but View count in Kb_knowledge table is not incrementing. Please note that I viewed the article in kb_view mode.
