View Rules for HR Agent Configurable workspace

Hello my team is in the process of switching from the legacy hr workspace to the new hr configurable workspace. in the past we had several view rules setup for the old workspace under the module:

Workspace Experience >>Forms>>Workspace View Rules 

But It seems you aren't able to configure view rules in the same way for the new configurable workspace. Does anyone have the process needed to setup view rules for the configurable workspace?
