View Rules Not Applying

I'm building a custom application for tracking different phone extension-related items. I've set up multiple different views for the different "classes" of extensions we have. I can manually change to the created views, and everything looks great. I've created view rules to automatically force the view based on the value of the class field, but I can't get them to apply.

your configuration looks good. can you check this field

Hope you know view rules will work form view only when you open record it will be forced to particular view.

But in list view you can still change views but when you open individual record it will force that to given view.

Override user preference is set to true. Yes, I am trying to force the form view to change. The list view is working correctly. Thanks for the reply.
