View Rules Not Applying

I'm building a custom application for tracking different phone extension-related items. I've set up multiple different views for the different "classes" of extensions we have. I can manually change to the created views, and everything looks great. I've created view rules to automatically force the view based on the value of the class field, but I can't get them to apply.

@GeraldKirby  - Yes, I've tried clearing the cache a few times throughout the troubleshooting, and is hasn't helped. Thanks for the suggestion though!

@Brandon Warren , maybe configure your view rules and view in the parent table. make sure that the fields in form are from the parent not from the child.

Yes, I have tried this a few times and it unfortunately hasn't made a difference.
